Special Paste

Paste as HTML  
If you copy formatted text from some MS product IE or Word, for example - you may paste this into a document along with all the HTML code generated by the source program.  
Paste without Cursor Change (Ctrl+Shit+V)  
Normally when you paste text in to a file the cursor is moved to the end of the inserted text. If you use this option rather than the normal paste option, the cursor will remain in the place it was before the paste operation  

insertfile   Insert from File  
This option allows you to choose a file the contents of which are inserted in to your file at the cursor position.
