Ignore Char Case  
Character case will be ignored during compare  

Ignore Highlighter Colors  
Font styles (bold & italics) will be kept in Text difference result window, but syntax highlighting is suppressed.  

Ignore Blank Space  
Lines with different number of spaces or tabs only wouldn't be marked as changed  

Added / Deleted / Modified.  
Here you may change background colour of text difference results for the various modifications.
